Diet Plan For Weight Loss

 2 weeks cycle:

 you have to cut down your sugar intake and also grains intake

Also limit your carbs intake (if you not then you can not  loss weight)

Breakfast: Coconut Berry Smoothie

1/4 cup coconut milk
1 cup berries
1 scoop grass-fed protein
1 tablespoon sprouted flax meal
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

OR

Breakfast:

1 egg with brown bread

1 glass apple juice(not shake)

2:Lunch: Greek Salad

1 sliced chicken breast
1 cup spinach
1/4 cup sliced cucumber
1/2 tomato sliced
1 ounce goat cheese
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar

Or

1 chicken piece baked/fry/smoked

Olive oil for salad

1 tsp apple cider vinegar before lunch in 1 glass of water (drink it)

 

Dinner: Organic Meat (bison burger, salmon, chicken)
6–8 ounces organic meat
1 serving  kale
1 serving  broccoli/cabbage

Or

1 piece of beef/fish/leg of chicken

Salad :cabbage+onions+carrots.

Drink 1 glass of vegetable juice must per day (cucumber +carrots)

Eat grapefruit.(great for weight loss)

 Eat 90 percent of your meals at home

 Go crazy for coconuts(they are healthy and good for weight loss)

Don’t drink your calories(always eat them).

  Note: drink green tea 3 times a day in water not with milk +ginger in it + cinnamon .
